Unpowered closed surround flow multi-stage dust removal equipment

Description

The unpowered closed surrounding flow multi-stage dust removal technology mainly consists of a blanking pipe, a material guide groove, a closed-loop rotary dust reduction chamber, a pressure relief device, a rubber isolation chamber, a dust isolation chamber, and an adjustable dust curtain, as shown in the figure above.
The first-stage dust removal consists of a blanking pipe, a material guide groove and a closed-loop rotary dust removal cavity; The second-stage dust removal is a pressure relief device, and a dust-isolating rubber rod can be installed inside it; The third-stage dust removal consists of a rubber dust chamber of a diverting device and rubber strips; The fourth level of dust removal is a dust chamber, and a dust-isolating rubber rod can also be installed inside it.




Level 1:

(1) The source of dust pollution mainly occurs at the coal conveying port of the belt guide groove, which is because the falling coal dust accompanied by the induced airflow generates a strong impact airflow when it hits the surface of the belt, and is superimposed by the traction airflow generated by the operation of the belt, which leads to the serious dust spray at the coal conveying port of the guide groove. The blanking pipe, closed-loop reflux dust reduction chamber and the guide groove are connected with each other to form the phenomenon of airflow swirling, which can not only attenuate the impact force generated by the falling material, but also effectively reduce the dust content in the cavity.



Level 2:

(2) The pressure relief device can play the role of pressure relief, resolve the impact energy of coal dust moving forward in the belt, rapidly expand the capacity of coal dust, and reduce the impact force moving forward; At the same time, after a dust-proof rubber rod is installed inside, the kinetic energy of the dust particles decreases after hitting the rubber rod, and finally falls on the belt and is discharged. The adjustable dust curtain can also effectively weaken the impact of airflow and inhibit dust escape.



Level 3:

(3) The rubber isolation chamber cooperates with the diversion device to further process the dust. After the dust particles hit the rubber strip inside it, their kinetic energy decreases, and finally they fall on the belt and are discharged. The adjustable dust curtain can also effectively weaken the impact of airflow and inhibit dust escape.



Level 4:

As the last line of defense of unpowered closed surrounding flow multi-stage dust removal technology, the isolation room will collect and treat the dust after the previous three stages of dust reduction treatment.
